          • 3-4 lightly beaten eggs

          • 1/2 cup cress microgreens, chopped

          • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

          • 1/4-1/3 cup soy sauce

            Directions:

            1. Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium-high.

            2. Add 2 tbsp butter to the pan. When melted, add onion and stir until translucent1.
